"Where do I start! The entire staff is amazing! They are forever family. From my girls at the front desk. Tiffany, Edith and Patrice who always remembered me by name from day 1 and lifted my spirits. So professional, and adorable as well!! To the back office staff my girl Erica who Alway did a great job taking my vitals and blood! So many meltdowns that she helped me with. I appreciate her taking time to reassuring me that everything would be OK. Can’t forget about the Birth Educators, Johanna, Amanda, Bryia, and Phyllis. I got to see them at my appointments and they all were so hefulTsupportive. Hands down the best decision I made choosing this Birth Center. I visited 2 other Birth Center before. North Houston was the last place and the right fit for me. Mrs. Kathy the midwife was my rock my entire pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and I was clueless, but she was very patient with me and was so helpful! She took such good care of me. I wasn’t always confident that I could have my birth the way I wanted. However she encouraged me that I could if I listened to her. Everything she told me to do I did and I saw the benefit of staying the course!  You won’t regret coming to this Birth Center. The Birth delivery rooms are so cute. Forever thankful to them all. I will miss the staff and keep in contact for sure!"

"I loved everything about my pregnancy journey here at NHBC. Choosing to go natural requires strength! So that means you must have a strong team as well. That’s exactly what Ms.Kathy and her team is. The goal is to bring your precious bundle of joy, into a safe peaceful environment, and I received just that. Ms.Kathy is very old school, and I loved that about her. There was no sugar coating anything lol. I came in at 4cm, they put the water on and 2hrs later I did 3 pushes. I wish you guys can see the video I recorded of my delivery, Ms Kathy caught my baby in the water with one hand!!! She told me to put my leg up on the side so my babies head wouldn’t be squished ,and his head came out in shape. I loved my experience so much that if God permits me with more kids, I will be going here. Also the ladies at the front desk are so sweet"

Everyone is so caring and accommodating from the front desk to the assistants and the midwife’s. I had my daughter here in 2019 and just had my son here as well with Kathy. "I’ve had both of my children here and I am so glad that I did. Both experiences were amazing! Everything is catered to you and how you want things to go. Both of my births were peaceful and quick. Kathy and the rest of the staff are so nice and always on top of everything and really made me feel at home. With my first born I was looking at another birth center before finding this one, but one of the things that made me know for sure I wanted to come here was the fact that they made me feel like family, so comfortable. A bonus is that they accept Medicaid, not many birth centers do! I will definitely be back when it’s time and recommend them to everyone I come across. "You know at first i was nervous to have a natural birth but after having birth in the hospital i told myself never again will i. And then i found this place and wow I've never been so happy with results. At first i was skeptical but the staff is genuinely nice caring and understanding. They make you feel like a human instead of like you're wasting your time. If you have thoughts about natural birth or you know that's what you want to do you should do it here they will definitely help you prepare answer all the questions that you have perfectly make you feel comfortable as hell cause i know i felt that way. Thank you staff for all of that and now i have a healthy baby boy :)"

"October 31, 2020 I delivered my beautiful daughter here. I had only been going to the birth center for appointments since about August and although it was a short time, I was never disappointed with my experience. Kathy and her staff make you feel like more than just a patient. They are extremely kind and caring and really acknowledge their patients needs. My birth experience here was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever experienced. Kathy is very hands off which I loved, and it also made it easy to relax when I wasn’t experiencing contractions. The birthing tub was also extremely relaxing and wonderful. I would chose Kathy and the birth center over a hospital birth any day! I would 10/10 recommended this birthing center to anyone!!"
